As I was laying beside Molly tonight, trying to get her to go to sleep, she was struggling to find anything and everything to talk about to stay awake and one conversation went like this...
"Mommy, sometimes Maggie says I know you are, but what am I, I know you are, but what am I, I know you are, but what am I? I say she's Maggie and she says, I know you are but what am I? I don't know what she is. She's Maggie, right?" As I held in a laugh, I said "you're right" (which is all she wanted to hear was that she is right)..
How do you explain that name calling game to a three year old?
