Zoorific Day!!

Yesterday was a long day packed full of fun!! We started our morning at First Concord Baptist church at 9:00 for Concord Quest 2007 (VBS). Maggie was a little nervous going in, but she knew that Maggie and Maddie were going to be in her class soon. Erica, Melissa and myself took full advantage of being out so early and headed to the gym for a good workout followed by a Keva Juice!! Then it was quickly time to go pick up Maggie. She had a great time.. Next we decided to spend the day at the zoo. It was very cloudy, so it made for a great day for the zoo. The black bears were out prowling around, the white alligator was on display. We even found a new exhibit we hadn't seen thanks to Erica. They have a night exhibit which has bats, raccoons and a skunk.. It was really neat. The kids had a blast and we almost closed the zoo down. We left just before 6:00. On our way home, we stopped for Chik-Fil-A and then we went with Sydney to get her hair cut. She had decided she wanted a chin length bob hair cut. She looks so cute. Now she has Maggie thinking she might want short hair. I told her she couldn't wear ponytails when it's that short!!
