Unicorns
Unicorns are mystical creatures. They are horse-like animals with one horn. Different people believe they symbolize different things. Chinese believe they symbolize good fortune. Japanese believe they symbolize justice. Christians believe they symbolize Jesus because they are pure, good natured and they can clean water with their horns. Unicorns are mentioned in the Bible seven times. One explanation for why they no longer exist is because they didn't make it on Noah's Ark before the flood.
Mrs. Stouders' response to parents: Maggie did a fantastic job on her "unicorn" oral report!! We all learned new facts about the unicorn. Thanks for helping her prepare so well :-)
