This was Molly's special day. The one every child looks forward to all year long. We celebrated Molly's 4th birthday this morning at Jumpity Jump!! She was so excited about it last night that it took an hour and a half for me to get her to sleep. She sprung out of bed this morning when I whispered, "today is your party"!! She ate, bathed and got dressed without complaint. 10:30 could not come quick enough for her.. We had to pick up Maggie from a sleepover at 10:00 and her friend was suppose to go with us, but she decided she wanted to stay in her pajamas a little longer. Maggie was very disappointed, but she quickly warmed up to the idea of having fun with the little kids once we got there. She buddied up with Hannah and they enjoyed the slides together. This was Molly's party!! She invited the kids in her class, but only five could come, Tate & Charley were there, Meghan, Grace & Hannah.. She told me on the way that she really wanted Tate to be there because she was her only friend that new Lainee. The only big kids there were Cameron, Ethan & Maggie.. They got to jump for an hour and a half and then they had pizza, cake and then Molly got to open her presents. She got a pizza kit, Tinkerbell movie, Yahtzee, walkie talkies, books, crafts, and a tea set. She has been a happy camper all afternoon as she has played and played with her new toys.
The party wore Mike and Maggie out.. They have been asleep for at least two hours. I am smart.. I kept Molly up and we will just crawl into bed super early!!
